Is there a monthly or yearly fee?
Yes, it is possible to pay per month (29 euro ex VAT) a quarterly or a yearly fee (€300). Of course we would hate to see you go, but you can stop your subscription at the end of your chosen payment period.
The Woohoo Unlimited Community is both for external consultants who want to market these concepts to clients. And for internal consultants (e.g. HR) who would like to use it internally in their own organization. The fee is very low, so we make the membership available for as many people as possible.
As an external consultant you can target workplaces in your region, you can go after a specific industry. If you’re a nurse, maybe you’re uniquely qualified to help hospitals become happier, right? Or you can make the whole world your playground.
As an internal consultant you can use the materials to improve your workplace. You’ll get tons of tools and inspiration to work with teams, with leadership or with individuals to make them happier and more effective at work.
Do I need to attend the Woohoo Unlimited CHO Academy?
No, you can become a partner without attending the Academy – though you win a lot on doing so!
- Signing up (and being accepted) makes you a Woohoo Unlimited Community Member. This gives you access to all of the materials and allows you to use them in your work.
- If you attend one of our Chief Happiness Officer Academy trainings and pass the exam you become a Certified Woohoo Unlimited Community Member. There is no requirement that you attend this training – the online platform already has everything you need to do this work – but it might help you get more deeply into the materials.
Is there any regional exclusivity? I would like to be the only Woohoo Unlimited Member in my region. Is that possible?
There is no geographical exclusivity. We thought about doing that, but then we would have to make the program much more expensive because it would seriously limit the potential total amount of members.
Sadly, there are so many unhappy workplaces out there that there is plenty of business to go around.
In fact, having more partners in a country/region can actually be an advantage. You can potentially work together to develop the market, share experiences and spread awareness of happiness at work.
