Sarah founded Happy Coffee Consulting after 9 years building award winning customer service and customer experience based on the principles of happiness at work. Sarah has spent the last 10 years researching and training in Happiness at Work. In 2019 she keynoted in 14 countries and has worked with companies like WDHB, L’Oreal, FUTR, Abcam Life Sciences, Google, Sabio, Doctolib, Engage Business, P World, BASE Conferences, ICE, Teleperformance.

Sheona has dedicated her career to working on initiatives that make a big positive social impact. As a certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor with the Canadian Mental Health Association and former C-Suite executive, she has a deep understanding of how workplace culture and management practice can impact the success of a team. She now leads Cloud 9 to 5, a company dedicated to helping organizations and their employees tap into their potential and thrive.

Griet Deca is Chief Happiness and co-founder of Tryangle. Together with her team, she helps companies with well-being and happiness at work through training, coaching, teambuilding and consulting. As a certified Stress- and Burn-out Coach, she developed an in-depth understanding of mental health. With a career of over 20 years as a business consultant, Griet has worked with people on every level within companies. As a real provocative keynote speaker and trainer-coach, she loves to interact with the audience. Her personal mission: a smile a day keeps the doctor away.

Maartje is co-founder of Happy Office in the Netherlands, co-author of the book: The Happy Office Manifesto, four pillars of a happy work culture and co-creator of the International Week of Happiness at Work. With a master’s degree and track record in the field of Happiness at Work and Organisational Culture, she knows all the ins and outs of how to change behavior and culture and create work environment in which positivity is key and people can flourish.

Fennande is co-founder of Happy Office (2015) and co-author of The Happy Office Manifesto, the four pillars of a happy workculture and co-creator of the International Week of Happiness at Work and has 30 years of experience in Strategic Marketing and Communications. She is, together with Maartje, a pioneer in the field of Happiness at Work in the Netherlands and has a university degree of the ROI of Happiness at Erasmus University. She is strongly driven by other’s success: ‘if a trainee is able to make a change in her or his company, I am happy’, she says. Her keynotes and workshops are highly interactive and inspirational.

Kim Hilgert is co-founder and Corporate Well-being Ambassador at Tryangle, Happiness and Well-Being at work. As a trainer and coach, Kim supports companies and their employees in creating a happier and a healthier workplace. Because the main goal is to get people into action, she specialized in interactive (online) workshops that inform, inspire and activate!
